Thanks for the tips! What brand of air brush and compressor do you recommend?

I personally use H&S infinity airbrushes and something like a Fujima Portable Air Compressor. But the airbrush I use is a bit expensive so I would recommend the more affordable and more beginner friendly airbrush they have which is the Harder & Steenbeck Evolution Airbrush. For the compressor, as long as it’s got a tank, any brand will do a fine job.

hello i was thinking of getting a zgok and felt like painting it in the zeon remnants attack of Torrington colors what vallego paints would i use and which primer would be the best for the priming?

For mecha and gunpla kits, Vallejo Mecha Colors are the recommended paints since those are scratch resistant and more durable than the other paint lines. The primer would be Mecha Color Primer You can go to their website and look at their catalogue of paints to see the colors you want.

helloo, Im planning to do my first gunpla custom what is the cheapest paint you can use for customs?

If you only want to paint one gunpla kit and never plan to paint again, cheapest and easiest to learn are spray cans. If you plan to paint a lot of kits and plan to do painting for a long time, handpainting is hard work but cheaper instead of spray cans or airbrushing. As for the brand of paints, that depends on where you are located, usually local brands are cheap, in the Philippines there’s Hiro Paints and Zurc which have affordable paints ranging from 140-180₱ per bottle if I’m not mistaken.

You mean Hiro Paints? They’re Water Based acrylic paints used for painting model kits and figures so yes they are good for plastic
