Thanks for the tutorial! By the way, setting Tile Generator Image input filtering to "Nearest" or "Bilinear" mode may fix tiling issue.

Thanks! Yes actually it fixed the scale issue but the situation stays the same in the 3D view and in the normal node. It turns out that it was a too high blur value in both the blur HQ nodes. Setting the value around 2 fixed it.
