Try using the crochet hook starting from the upper left corner and working to the right if you are right handed. Use a dipping motion to catch the loops on the crochet hook. You can easily hold the peg down if you need to. Once you have two loops on the hook gently pull the crochet hook towards you, (slide your elbow back a bit by your side). Now the bottom loop should slide up and over the first loop on the hook. Add another loop and continue. I have bound off hundreds of these 'potholders' on rigid plastic looms as an elementary art teacher. It takes less than 4 minutes once you get your speed up.

We only have one weaving tool available at the moment, unfortunately. Other companies do produce some longer sizes, though; try searching for "weaving hook" online to see if any suit your needs.

Hi there, thread the yarn tale into the tapestry needle included with your set and then weave it over/under through the piece, running it within the fabric so that it is disguised within the rows that are the same color as the yarn and doesn't show. It can be helpful to weave in more than one direction (vertical, horizontal, then vertical again) so that it's less likely to pull out. My corners are very untidy. When I bind off the first side, it's nice and neat, but after I turn the corner, it seems to get very loose and sloppy and my corners are a mess! Help!

I really wish the folks who make these "how to" videos would be just a tad faster, and not act as if they're speaking to the mentally deficient. This video could have been ten seconds long instead of five.... long.... minutes.....
