The cops told a LIE by telling these teenagers that the other was snitching. So out of retaliation & a greater degree self-preservation, the defendants were made to tell a lie, again, perpetrated by law enforcement. The OLD conquer & divide was most definitely employed in their case. The teenagers entire conviction was rooted in POLICE LIES.

As a mom,who was 20 at the time, watching this series was gut-wrenching. All I could think of was wow this could’ve been my son! This could’ve been my son! Ms. Fairstein owes 5 lives- a debt she has not paid yet! Ms.Fairstein owes five lives -a debt she should pay. Her behavior was & continues to be ABSOLUTELY unacceptable! This is not a black, brown, or white issue. This is a people -a humanity issue! Humanity suffered April 19, 1989 when 5 INNOCENT lives were destroyed! Once again Ms. Fairstein lees a debt = to five lives! #ANurseYouCanTrust

Ruben Bell ...dropping ball is a accident of baseball, football. Basketball. These prosecuters, 👮 DIDN'T DROP THE BALL. THEY DELIBERATELY THREW A FOULBALL AND CALLED IT A WIN IN OTHER WORD THEY SCARED AND LIED TO SOME BLACK AND BROWN BABIES AND SENT THEM TO PRISON FOR 5 TO 15 YEARS. AND BABY WISE WAS GOING TO DO EVERYDAY OF IT. WHEN THEY RELEASED HIM HE HAD DONE 13.5 YEARS. NO GOOD BEHAVIOR? The ALMIGHTY was doing time with him. Keep his ❤ open so it touched the ❤ of the real perpetrator. He could have had a hard ❤ when young man came and apologized to him abt fight over the 📺. ( Truly I think he was apologizing abt the rape. ) But Kory was so forgiving, forget it man we good. Because of THAT he couldn't, and confessed. Almighty stay with him also. We all fall short.

These are the same people who purposely changed the face of God and his message and used it as a weapon to destroy God's flock mentally and physically. Look around you .... @christinet63365 жыл бұрын
It's interesting to note how carefully the lawyer is wording his statements. He's not really blaming anyone. That is how American history is taught. Very rarely is there anyone called out to blame... it's just that "something" happened and "some people" are to blame. It's almost like he's afraid to do it... I wonder if that's because he feels like he needs to have a good working relationship with law enforcement and knows how vindictive and vicious law enforcement can be in regard to any future dealings he may have with them. hmmm.....
@carlottawalker61855 жыл бұрын
Those prosecutors should be held accountable. There should be some way that those young men could sue them as well as donald trump. He likes to talk about sueing people he should be made an example of.

I particularly blame the New York City Police Department for dropping the ball on this entire case.When evidence is sitting right under your nose of a particular suspect and you ignore it the blame falls on you.Maybe they got upset that this case interfered with their donut break but your job is to find the right culprit or culprits.That information is relayed to the district attorney who presents the case to the courts.
