Darnell I want to sincerely thank you for posting these reviews. Last year you did another in store review at Lowe’s at the end of season after Labor Day. You discovered a huge discount on the Genesis II LX 640. They normally sold for $1999 but were on clearance for $999. I called around and found the last 1 not too far away and snatched it. I also found my mom a Weber Stainless S310 for $399 regularly $799. If you are tempted to upgrade you might find similar discounts in September/October? Anyway thanks again for everything! Ive had my S335 now for over a month and it’s been a dream. I’m glad I spent the extra $$$ to get the upgrade. Not planning on buying a new grill for a long time now. The Weber has performed like an absolute champ.

I’m 60 and have been grilling about all of my life, mostly on charcoal. I purchased the S335 three weeks ago to replace another high end grill I’d had for over 10 years. I have to say I’m amazed. I’ve never owned a gas grill that cooked as superbly as this Weber. I used the iGrill3 today for the first time to cook a tri-tip. It’s never been that easy. I set the temp and time and it’s was perfect. I’m cooking such wonderful food with it even the wife is happy I spent the that much on a high end grill! Thanks for your videos.

Just picked up the same S335 today on clearance at Home Depot and made some ribeyes worked great with the sear station , glad I went with the Weber! Good comparison video keep it up!

Thanks for the review. I'm currently considering the S-335 vs the larger S-435 grill. Not such if it makes sense to go larger for about $200 more (yet less mobile when we need to move it around).

It's worth it, my mom bought the 435 series for my step dad for an anniversary present and on my budget I can only afford 200-300 grills so I didn't know much about weber grills but after my mom wanted to shell out that amount of cash I went online and did my due diligence to make sure she was getting a good product! To make a long story longer Lowe's had improperly price tagged the 435 series with the 335 series price. I found out by scanning the bar code to see if I could find it cheaper nearby but in doing so the online stores were showing the 335 series but that's not what the sticker was on so I remember that most stores must honor the prices listed on item's in the store! My mom thought as I did that we were buying that model for $935.00 but realized it was the 435 series which was listed online for $1275.00 for Lowe's! Needless to say we got a manager there and they stated their policy is that they must honor the pricing listed on the product so we got the grill for $300 buck's cheaper!

Yeah I saw this a long time ago. I figured they were coming out with new models because I got my e310 at lowes for $300. They were just giving them away. A lot of the reviews were people complaining that there was no closed cart. So thats what they did. But they put the old handle back on it from the genesis 1. Probably because its cheaper just to bolt the handle to the lid. I like the e310's handle better.

D, what’s your opinion on Weber Genesis vs Napoleon Prestige? I’ve heard Napoleon uses 304 stainless for all their stainless parts and Weber uses a mix of 304 and 430

If you have cast iron grates and porcelain covered heat deflectors and flavor bars and want all stainless, call Weber. They will either send you the stainless parts free or at a discount. If your model is under 10 years old some of it will probably be free. They have the best customer service I ever experienced, but beware long wait times during this pandemic, use the call back option. Wonderful company and I'm never buying any grill again from any company but Weber.

@@DGrill yes you're exactly right. Call Weber directly don't look on the internet, Weber is a company that actually puts real people on the phone and they treat their customers right. I would have spent about 120 bucks for all the parts I needed (and I couldn't find 2/3 of them), I wound up spending 60. Couldn't be happier, I have stainless steel upgrades and my grill is like new. What a great product, what a great company.

I have noticed that you do a lot of rotisserie. I'm curious, why didn't you get a bbq with a back burner (Napoleon/Broil king, etc)? I'm asking because I'm currently in the market for a new bbq and I'm hesitating between the Napoleon Prestige 500 RSIB (infrared back burner, rotisserie kit, infrared sear station included) vs the Weber genesis ii CES-335...they are actually are the same price... Do you think I should get the Weber or Napoleon? I watched a lot of your videos in the past few days and really enjoying it! Keep up the good work, cheers!

You should get what works best for you. I got what suited me at the time. And rotisserie was not the deciding factor. You need to pick based on your research. 👍🏿

E = enamel porcelain lid and grates, S = Stainless Steel lid and 7mm grates. The SE's are a combination of enamel porcelain lid and 9mm SS grates.

Price increase got very tiny cut backs definitely not the Webber from 2018 iv now gone with the napoleon with side sizzle strong amazing bbq less the Webber price 👍
