What is Lebron's shooting percentage from 3ft and farther out from the basket? When you talk about a better bag it means skillset and moves. Moves in the post , moves in the air driving to the basket , how fast is your first step , dribbling going right going left , having a go too shot with the ability to create space between you and the defender while getting to a spot on the floor for a shot to win the game , and how many different ways can you score. MJ has Bron beat in every aspect. Jordan could drive to the basket for dunks over 7 footers , could drive finishing with reverse layups and jelly finger rolls , shoot the lights out from mid range , had numerous moves in the post with his back to the basket with footwork and his iconic fade away jumpers , he had insane creativity when using a move making it up in the moment , hesitation moves and dribbles , spin moves , and he could hit the 3 point shot when he had or chose too. Jordan's career 3pt % is what 33%? Lebron's is 35 %? In Jordan's era the 3 point shot was not utilized like it is today but Jordan could hit the 3. Alot of his made 3's were when the shot clock was about to expire at the end of a play , end of a quarter , end of a half , and at the end of a game for the win but Jordan hit the 3 pointer when his team needed one especially in the playoffs. Also you talk about Lebron's number of points , rebounds , and assists. Well he has played 21 seasons now so his stats will accumulate. Lol This is more of a longevity argument because when you go by peak stretches MJ destroys Lebron in every category out there. Plus/minus , PER , points , steals , assists , blocks , rebounds 30 pt games , 40 point games , 50 point games , and on and on. MJ has 10 scoring titles in a row. Bron has 1? Jordan led the league in steals and blocks , he won DPOY , has 5 regular season MVP's to Lebron's 4 , has 6 Finals MVP'S to Bron's 4 , has two 3-peats while Bron has none , and on and on. Bron leads the league in most points scored all time but again thats a longevity accomplishment. If MJ had played just 3 or 4 more seasons he would have well over 40,000 points and accomplished that in way less time than Lebron did. This other argument about MJ and Kobe playing in a system and Lebron WAS the system is laughable. Lebron being the system which to me means he can only play one way is one of the reasons why he's lost so much. He can't play off the ball. He needs the ball in his hands bringing the ball up the court to drive and dish to a teammate for a 3 pointer. Other than that Bron's other strength is using his size to dip his shoulder into the defender as he drives from half court or on a fast break bumping the defender off him for a layup or dunk. Thats it. Also....Bron turns the ball over alot. He leads the league in that category and he's close to becoming the NBA player with the most missed feild goal attempts of all time. Yet his fans like to say he's a better shooter than MJ? Smh. Bron can't even shoot free throws that well. His career % from the line is like 73% ? Bron has a high feild goal % because many of his points are layups and dunks. Just looking at the form and mechanics of their shooting styles you can see MJ is the better shooter with much better touch. MJ could grab a rebound or pass with one hand!!! Stop the nonsense fellas!! I could go on but I shall stop here. Bron is an all-time great player and has accomplished alot but he's not the GOAT. MJ set the bar really high and it is very hard to reach. One day a player may come along and surpass MJ but that day is not today. There have been so many great players in the past I don't even have Lebron top ten all time. But that's another story.

I'm being sincere when I say you dropped knowledge from the belly like Buns' minister. I'm old enough to have seen young then prime MJ in person a few times vs Clippers in old LA Sports Arena, and I have also seen both versions of Bron in person, and find it comical that they're compared. I agree 100% with Hakeem when he said "It's an unfair comparison. Jordan is a far more superior player and in a tougher league." MJ had the leaner, faster twitching muscle fibers which granted him the superior reflexes, hand-eye coordination, quickness, explosiveness, agility, etc. The guy was half-man, half-jaguar. He was able to leap, off one or two feet, so quickly and come down with such lightness. Bron is more like a water buffalo in a stampede. The guy has as many "go-to" moves as Barkley does chips - and I don't mean Ruffles.

The truth! It was over in 2010 when Dan Gilbert said Con Queen quit in a multitude of games in playoffs vs Boston. Celtics players confirmed it by saying they "broke" Bron. Or was it over in 2011? When a teammate (House) criticized Massengill Mentality for quitting in a multitude of games in NBA Finals when Bron had a Chernobyl reactor size meltdown and was outplayed by a low-fueled jet of a role player. Or was it over in 2013 in a regular season game vs Pacers during a timeout when a teammate (Chalmers) called Bron a bitch for ballin' too passively and not bringin' the heat in a flash ala Wade? Or was it over in 2016 at half-time of 2016 NBA Finals Game 7? When Ty Lue stepped to King Flop in locker-room and said “Stop being so passive. And guard Draymond. You have to be better bro.” Or was it in 2018 NBA Finals Game 1? When Bron had a meltdown and quit in OT after JR Smith's blunder. Or was it after last year's WCF? When Bron did a Houdini disappearing act in all FOUR 4th quarters of winnable games? Queen Diva's resume is as tarnished as Monica Lewkinsky's blue dress after she stroke Clinton's bill. That Monistat cat's cerebral is Vagisil vaginal. He's had more All-Star teammate than any other NBA superstar and he's under .500 in Finals. And that's why today's finest (Curry, Durant, Leonard, Doncic, Lillard, Tatum, Zion, Harden Butler, Ingram, Edwards, LaVine, Mitchell) all view Black Jesus as the GOAT. Even the pretty lady (Jeanie Buss) that pays Vagisil Valor his massive salary views His Airness as the GOAT.

When Kobe got out the system and ball hogged, look at the how many points Kobe had! If Jordan didn't have the teammates he had with the bulls, the points he had! Mind you, Lebron had to go to a system with Pat Riley, in Miami! So the same argument LeBron didnt have nobody in Cleveland, Jordan didn't have nobody his earlier years! Mind you if Jordan never retired twice wheat would his numbers and championships be like! So Lebron not retiring at all, and Jordan retired twice! So if we really slice it and dice it! Who in their right minds count Lebron's championship ring in the bubble? So really what are we talking about!

I’m confused. Goat means “this player was just unstoppable etc” what does winning a championship (team success) have to do with the individual. Lebron played for 3 different franchises and won, and won finals mvp for all 3

@rackball5858 28 күн бұрын
Everyone has their own connotation of Goat. A majority of people that witnessed even the last 3-peat of Jordan’s(30-33+ and over) are going to always say Jordan. Wasn’t just the individual dominance mixed in with the championships. The game was never as popular or as cultural as it was then. Old ladies in non-urban towns would skip bingo or church just to see Jordan. He also had timeless moments or highlights if you will that will outlive us - 89 shot, 91 switch hand layup, free throw line dunks, crying w the trophy, shrug game, Father’s Day game, flu game, buzzer beater on Russell, 98 finals.

Look I am Laker first above all, KoBE is still and was my man during the Jordan also acknowledging Jordan as thee for era and time. But one thing I tell you, that boiii called LeBron is something else. And using rings is stupid cause one can have from sitting on the bench. Is Kuzma better than Buttler?

@@TheLockerRoomla also checked out the debate on Lamount, one thing is that you had most points especially about defends, D-Lo cost us bad. And also you cannot blame the leader when he delivers as requested, and the role players were not coming up to par with him. Am glad them Chicken Nuggets was out, but I cannot put it all on Joker. That is weak basketball IQ, I gave up the time he couldn't agree on Hayes having less fouls especially during the playoffs. Showed does not cover our games the way he claims. Coach my ass, I feel sorry for the team Lamount coaching. Basketball and Boxing are not the same. In boxing blame goes on the player cause he is the one in the ring but team sport, there is more to look into, than just that one player.

@bigamg515 22 күн бұрын
Thats all they can hold on to is the ring conversation but Jordan hasnt never played in a finals every year for 8 years str8 basically Obama whole 2 terms as president. Then won 3 for 3 different teams without a coach like Phil or Pat Riley or even Popavich. Taken alot of mediocre teams to the finals as well. Aside from K love and Kyrie or Bosh and D Wade. Lebron has a rough road to the finals every season back to back. LeBron is the GOAT of this time and era thats it. MJ had his time and Kobe did as Well RIP.

The fact they act like LeBron has never been on teams that had a offensive system is WILD. Even in the triangle Jordan and Kobe would take over and do their own thing when they had to. Trying to criticize Mike and Kobe for being great players in a system is the most ridiculous take I've seen yet from Gil and that's saying ALOT SMFH

Your ring debate is flawed... When people bring up rings in a GOAT debate, they obviously mean as the lead #1 Option. Russell played in a league smaller or about the size of the WNBA. His 11 chips are weak.... Your argument is weak on that. Lebron doesn't have a bag...Kylie Irving is a better player in that aspect than LeBron....that's just factual. It took LeBron 18yrs to pass Jordan...Time matters

According to you but who in the hell are you? Just cause you won an obese stuffed panda at Peter Piper's arcade doesn't make you an expert. The real experts aka those who helped carry Con Queen to chips (Wade, Ray Allen, Kyrie, AD) don't view Vaginal Walls aka Coochie Lips aka Massengill Mental as the GOAT. Kyrie has Mamba Mentality and the other three have Black Jesus. Even today's best (Curry, Durant, Leonard, Tatum, Lillard, Doncic, Zion, Harden, Butler, Edwards, Ingram, LaVine, Mitchell) view His Airness as the GOAT. I think they're just a little bit more qualified than you on gauging greatness.

LeBron doesn't have the skill set that Kobe & MJ have, Kobe & MJ are complete basketball players, LeBron is a football player.playing basketball, meaning LeBron has the god given size that he utilize to get up & down the floor which makes him mainly a transitional player. if you was to take away LeBron s physical bully ball type of play style, what skill set could he rely on to keep up with the league? LeBron has terrible footwork, no post game, below average handles, isn't a great jump shooter, lack luster defense. as a player he has way more weakness than Kobe & MJ and LeBron isn't as clutch of player than Kobe & MJ! And he couldn't create a dynasty like MJ & Kobe did!! LeBron is a decent player he just lack the high skill set that the 2 Shooting guard G.O.A.T.S had Kobe & mj. Stats doesn't tell the whole story, It can even be deceptive at times! It's literally like saying , emmit Smith is better than Barry sanders because of stats 😂 when in reality Barry sanders is clearly a better player he just left the game early and his stats & accolades isn't on par with emmits stats but clearly Barry sanders have a higher skill set is a better player
