Today we’ll be covering the topic of accepting signatures from volunteers within CERVIS and the different methods for doing so, primarily the Terms and Conditions. As always, we’ll start out by clarifying some of the language around the subject, then we’ll proceed to the options available within the System. We’ll discuss how the Terms and Conditions are presented to volunteers, and how they sign them. Then we’ll check out where you can review these signed terms, both current and historic. And lastly we’ll discuss two alternative ways to deliver documents to volunteers.
