Ok. Got my rope. I'm so frustrated! Can't do even The simplest move without the rope tangling and hitting myself. 😭. Is this normal?

Now, my question is. Does this matador move have any overlap with the hook punch in boxing?
@IanMarkow2 жыл бұрын
Sure could. I wouldnt do it because you want to improve your hook but the fluidity practice of the rope should help as a compliment to boxing practice
