Royal icing transfers are little candies used as decorative elements on cookies, cakes, and cupcakes. The little flowers you see in this video are called "transfers".

Template sheets (available in my shop to download!) are printed out then slipped into a page protector. Royal icing is piped over the template into cute shapes that are allowed to dry overnight before being peeled off the backing. They can then be dropped onto a freshly flooded cookie or "glued" onto a dry base with more icing. Check my page for videos on how to make transfers!

Royal icing transfers may be stored indefinitely so you can make them ahead of time for a specific project or keep some on hand to grab any time.

HINT: When "gluing" on flower transfers, use green icing. It looks like leaves under the flowers!
