The shoes were a good choice: the cork is very comfortable and her feet won't hurt (usually it takes weeks before the wedding "wearing in" new shoes). The groom is pretty cool 😍

Im always amazed at some of these brides going for expensive dresses, rings and venues when they know there is a budget for the whole wedding, Some of these grooms really do a great job and some of these brides are focusing on the wrong thing. its the marriage that matters not the shoes, bling etc. they are right bridezillas. i pity the groom marrying them.

Her husband to be saying she is a princess and she gets what she wants really isnt helping himself...she is going to take full advantage of that. Can tell she isn't used to being told no. Honestly she looks like she could use a good shower, a proper haircut that doesn't look like a toddler took scissors to her hair (think sour patch kids lol)...a bit of makeup, an attitude makeover and a smile wouldnt hurt either....something tells me that marriage is doomed before its even begun.

I have no clue how to do any kind of followup, just not caring beyond the show, but this was made back in the early 2010s, around 2013 or 14. Perhaps there's something somewhere that would let you know if their marriage survived her shoe tantrum, although I'm guessing she very likely was one to throw fits over such simple things as who didn't hang up a bath towel properly, too.

Because the couples wanted a "fancy" wedding, but they couldn't afford it. Getting chosen to be on the show meant they got everything paid for---so long as the groom stayed within budget, which didn't happen often---and the conditions were that the bride had zero say in anything, and the groom had to do all the planning, shopping, and setting up the venue once he found one. As well, they couldn't have any communication with each other for the three weeks they had to get everything ready. The only way they could get any ideas across was for one of the bride's family to call the groom (typically) and try to "sort out" what was what without him giving away any hint of what was going to happen on the day of the wedding. If they broke the rules, they had to pay back all the money, so the brides had to go along with whatever their....husbands-to-be....chose to do. In the end, it's nothing but a game they all played, both to be on tv, and to get a free (sort of---angst, stress, and anxiety are very high costs to pay) wedding. This series was filmed back in the early 2010s, ran for about 8 seasons, I think it was.

I bought my beautiful dress off eBay new handmade £86 and it was absolutely stunning. My shoes were £10 beautiful heel with beautiful diamantes on my vail £5 blinged up perfect and hoop £5 we didn't have alot of money and purchased bit by bit cos just over a £1000 and we had an amazing day. Tantrums are not needed as long as the dress is correct and he's standing there waiting for you who cares about everything else as long as the people you love share Ur day with you. I get so gob smacked at how much people spend. But each to their own as long as their happy. And if you're man done good tell him he's done good let him know he's appreciated 👍

I had to pay for my whole wedding including the rings…no living parents….he was drafted into the Army. My dress was $25.00 and resembles Princess Kate wedding dress…. I love watching this part of the show…never tried on more than my dress so it’s fun watching the girls try on lots of them…..don’t forget that it’s about the marriage not just the wedding….

My dress was a similar price from Dorothy Perkins...and it was beautiful! I got my shoes in the sale from House of Fraser and was treated to a lovely tiara but we did our day on a budget-service in a registry office, reception in a pub, 25 guests in attendance-it was perfect for us! Also on our wedding night, we had dinner at a nice restaurant and we had been booked into a hotel! It really was the perfect day! My wedding ring also I inherited from my Nannan and my Something Borrowed was her pearl necklace-she may not have been able to be there in person, but I felt her presence!
