You said a very important point about couples building their relationship on an emotional level and spiritual level during engagement period and then the physical part will be natural and not awkward. I think I want to know more about building the relationship emotionally and spiritually because this is something I feel I struggled with with my husband during engagement time. Thank you very much. Planning to make a video with him soon talking more about how we met and our experience with using these apps. I agree, I dont think "Muslim" dating apps are halal, because theres no wali in between who is monitoring it. I think if mosques or organisations start up a matchmaking kind of service where single muslims give a 'marriage CV' in to a sheikh and they are matched up with another by similarities, likes and dislikes. that could be a better way to go than what is basically Tinder for muslims
@tima20562 жыл бұрын
I totally agree and more mosques should start doing this instead of acting like it’s taboo so that way people don’t resort to apps. There’s nothing wrong in my opinion with the mosque offering a match making service as long as the parents are involved.
@valentinacuadros66802 жыл бұрын
Omg yessssss I just had a conversation recently about this topic to a friend who is currently looking for a husband of the Muslim apps. I totally agree that it’s not the proper way because halal “dating” always has to have a 3rd party to make sure no inappropriate talk or act happens. The big problem is online it’s all private and I have heard insane stories about muslims flirting and talking very sexually towards each other in theses apps.
@primadonna40622 жыл бұрын
Well, I live in a city where there are no Muslims. My family (me, mum, dad and three brothers) are the only Muslims in the city so I'm going to have to resort to Muslim dating apps. If I'm on a chat, then my mum is going to sit next to me and see what's going on just so that things stay halal.

Dating apps are a big NO GO! I totally agree with your perspective cuz i have experienced it firsthand! Aint worth it and totally deceiving from my experience and many others. I gave it a try and NEVER again haha so that says enough. But everyone's can be different ofcourse, so you just have to be very careful and intentional and realize not everyone has pure intentions and want to mislead you so it can get quite dangerous. So if u use it, use it with precaution;)

Period undarwear is made so you bleed into them. Then you pop it into the washing machine, wash, dry and then you can used them again. They are sustainable for the environment and long lasting. I recently started using them. The ones I got are made from organic cotton and are fair trade. No more chaffing from pads, no more allergy from scented underwear liners, no more fear of getting sceptic shock syndrome from tampons.

I use period underwears. My period doesn’t last very long Alhamdulillah and I’m not that heavy so it works for me. I usually put it on in the morning and i don’t need to change until I’ve come home, even on my heaviest days. I have leaked sometimes but it’s the way you do sometimes with pads like I get a bit if blood on my shorts. I usually wear biker shorts with the underwear as it feels more comfortable. It’s good for people that have a heavy flow as you can wear it with tampons/pads for extra security and it’s really good for women that have recently given birth to wear with maxi pads. I’ve had a good experience with them since using them for last 3 years and so I highly recommend it. It’s the only thing I use right now for blood flow

The whole point of the hijab is to conceal your beauty, of course to represent your identity as a muslimah as well but the most important thing is to cover the beauty to not spread fitnah....
