Ok so like a good way to see the ending of this episode is to see all the suspects the monster could be. Enid is a were wolf who hasn't wolfed out yet. Maybe she can turn into an unnatural werewolf. Xavier is an outcast who keeps to himself and can make drawings come to life. So he could've created the monster. And Tyler is a person who seems nice but also is seeing a therapist which means he had issues. And considering we just saw him scream under water it looks he really does have mental issues. Plus if you remember in a lot of mythological shows a human half monster doesn't always know that they're a monster. Sometimes it's tied to your mental behavior. Tyler can be an outcast and not know it.

Girls Scouts-reference to the lemonade scene in first 90s film, pilgrims- Family Values summer camp. I was loving all these little Easter eggs in this episode. Key for Tyler being the monster is the monster’s hair it is curly and short like his. Xavier if he was the monster it wouldve been longer. The first episode I was suspecting Tyler because of the hair, but the red herrings they kept throwing out in this season had me second guessing myself.
