Did you know that there are different kinds of 100% mob? Depending on the kind of emotion he feels, his power will be vastly different. His strongest feeling is courage (the form where he looks different, where Dimple stated that he didn't recognize him kinda). He was in this form twice, once in the Mogami fight, where he defeated him and during the Toichiro fight, the final fight on punch, where he still got overwhelmed by 100% Toichiro. So what you called holding back (he definitely was holding back at certain moments) was him actually just switching between his emotions until he's reached his strongest emotion, that is courage. I also would consider Mogami's spirits to be a part of him, as he even after he was defeated was able to confine all of those evil spirits and those evil spirits didn't really seem to have a conscience of their own. Mob also had mentioned how he wasn't able to exorcise him, which is why he's still "alive". All buildings etc. inside the mental world also consisted of evil spirits, which IMO makes them more durable than normal ones. Though I agree with that we don't know how things would go in the real world, I think Mogami together with his spirits could defeat Toichiro (especially since his 100% form is only very temporary) and challenge God Dimple with his tree.

3- Mukai and her dolls are borderline featless! I don't see how the Body-builder team can not just crush all the dolls, and beat Mukai, as they were beating hordes of humans, in greater quantity than the dolls!

Tsuchiya didn't want to get on Mukai's bad side, and espers can enhance objects so I doubt the dolls were just regular doll strength. As a scar member there should be now way she is below the body builders. She also defeated the claw members given the boss' power, and they were all confirmed to be near scar level and stomping normal humans. So body building club

I don't know about a slap but regular human fighters can split clothes and pop winter jackets with strikes like turning side kicks. Most fighters can launch people or slide them about 6 feet. Assuming they are about the weight of middle schoolers. Sports gear is significantly more durable than clothes especially in warmer climates around the equator. Surviving that slap might not be superhuman but closer to mid athlete.

Keiji Mogami should be above Toichiro. You can say that Toichiro is stronger but if Keiji went up against him in 1 on 1 deathmatch, logically keiji would've won since Toichiro would've broken his vessel but the evil spirits would come out and finish Toichiro. Therefore Keiji is stronger since his spirit would survive, and therefore Toichiro has no way of killing Keiji since the evil spirits would come out and annihilate him.. debate me if you think otherwise

I just finished watching the series so i know my opinion hasn't aged well but i think that although mob is the most powerful character in the show, toichiro has the most power out of everyone he just couldn't control it just like broly in dragon ball. Mob is better and stronger because his body and eventually mind can handle the power of that scale but toichiro has wayy more power than mob but can only control some of it and as for dimple, comparison of power can only be speculative because he has that strength because of the divine tree which was formed from the unstable and furiously strong energy of toichiro. So yes mob is more powerful because of his vast potential and visible feats but toichiro has or had the most power rest were just weaker or a result of his powers. Btw great tier list just wanted to share my thoughts and I apologize to anyone if I said something wrong or factually incorrect.

4- In the mid-scar category, Dimple does indeed imply he is stronger than Teru at his own full power, however this does not really prove he can take any of the Scar members who rank above Teru, full power Dimple should go between Terada and Teru! He should most definitely go beneath Koyama, AT LEAST, as Koyama was beating the breaks off of Mob, while Dimple got 1 shot! No reason to put him at high-scar tier! IMO

That could be the case, though Mob was holding back on Koyama as he was a human. We later see base Mob casually stomp Koyama. So this would entirely depend if Mob grew stronger over the series or if he was holding back. If Mob did better against Koyama because he grew stronger, then Koyama is stronger than Dimple. However, if Mob didn't just become stronger, and was just holding back in their first fight, Dimple is probably stronger.

He beat the tree, even after getting some of his energy drained, how could he be below it? Also god dimole while maintaining control over the divine tree would of corse be stronger. So prime god dimple is definitely stronger, since he is essentially god dimple+divine tree, and I think that version of him beats everyone but Mob.

1- Why do you have the Scent Ghoul so high up? Merely popping a basketball, and felling a girl over is not an impressive enough feat. Almost the same can be said for the other 2 tunnel spirits, in the same tier! They were all 1 shot by Mob! The Claw HQ soldiers at least made Mob move and could destroy a building, even if it was a combination move, there is no way to know if the spirits can do the same. The same goes for the 3 unnamed assassins in the Low-Scar tier, they moved Mob! These feats are superior to the 3 spirits in the Esper category of yours! So IMO, the 3 spirits should be at the bottom of the Low-Scar tier!

2- I honestly don't see why Ritsu is not above 1st division leader Tamaki! I know Tamaki technically has the same title as Ishiguro, but the dude is featless! Via statements, he should barely go above the 3 unnamed espers in the Low-Scar tier! Heck, Mudo even outranks him, and he has a MUCH superior feat of defeating Mob! We don't even know if Tamaki has any combat skills, just like Mudo!

I thing God dimple claps mob with a bit more prep + inside tree and with killing intent. Also reigen deserves his own tier, in human fights he claps almost everyone, dominates serizawa and is respected by sho and teru alike, but he loses to the weakest spirit possible
