I originally had it as #3 but took it out. If I make a list for the SDR2 ones then it'll be included in that list since all of those are entirely fan made. There's one thing that you missed about Togami's execution. The second part of his execution- with the snow and him dying of hypothermia- is meant to be cruel irony. His first name, Byakuya, means "white night" or "arctic night". In the execution, Togami would have ultimately succumbed to a death that was spelled out in his own name. I just love the thought that was put into his execution!

If *I* had to design executions for all the characters, this is what they would be: Sayaka: Ultimate Pop Start Idol, Sayaka, would get placed on a stage. She looks out into the audience to hear people cheering for her to sing. With a smile, she gladly starts singing. Then, out of nowhere, a chain gets wrapped around her neck. The crowd keeps cheering for her to keep singing. Sayaka sings. The chain tightens. The crowd goes back to cheering. She sings more. The chain tightens more. The crowd doesn’t stop cheering. She’s forced to keep singing. The chain tightens until she can’t breath. The crowd starts cheering for her to sing, but she can’t. The chain around her neck’s too tight. Slowly, the crowd starts to boo her. She tried to sing, but all that came out was a gasp. The crowd boos more. She keeps trying to sing, but she couldn’t. The whole crowd starts to boo her. She still can’t sing. Then, she’s forced to slowly suffocate as her adoring fans boo her last show she’ll ever preform in. Leon: Ultimate Baseball Star, Leon, gets put into a baseball field where he’s forced to play. His team was loosing. He keeps trying to bring his team’s score up, but he can’t. Then, his team looses the game. Filled with rage, Leon’s team charges at him, bats in hand. They start to hit him with the bats. He tries to escape the baseball field, but he can’t. He runs in circles around the field, trying to avoid his teammates, but they catch up to him and beat him with that bats. One of his teammates hits him hard in the skull, and Leon dies. Just as he collapsed onto the ground, an announcers voice came over the speakers. “Home Run!” Chihiro: Ultimate Programer, Chihiro, gets put inside a dark room. Suddenly, the room lights up. It seems to be the inside of a computer. He looks out the screen of the computer, only to see a video of him committing murder. He screams and backs up to the back of the computer. The wall shocks him. He tries to see if all the walls shock him. They did. Slowly, the walls start caving in. The only place in the computer that Chihiro can touch is the computer screen with the video of him committing murder. The walls keep closing in until he can barely move around anymore. Pushed against the the computer screen, he get electrocuted, then crushed by the walls, all while having to watch himself commit murder. Commit the murder that would have him executed. Mondo: Ultimate Biker Gang Leader, Mondo, gets strapped to his bike. The bike starts to move, but Mondo can’t stop it. It starts out slow, but gets faster as time progresses. It gets to the point where it’s going full speed. Mondo still can’t stop his bike. He then sees a wall up ahead. He tries to steer his bike. Nothing. He tries to stop it again. Nothing. He tries to break free off his bike. Nothing. Soon enough, the bike crashes into the wall at full speed, killing Mondo instantly. Taka: Ultimate Moral Compass, Taka, gets chained to a desk inside a classroom with a teacher and fellow students. The teacher was passing out report cards. Every student that the teacher passed a report card to always yelled out, “I got an A+!”. Taka got his report card last. On the paper, it said it big, red ink, “F”. One classmate quickly asked, “Hey, Taka? What’d you get on your report card? We all have an A+!”. Taka didn’t answer. He couldn’t answer. Suddenly, the same student who asked the question got up and grabbed the report card off his desk. Taka wanted to take it back, but he was chained to the desk and couldn’t move his arms. “An F!?” The student screamed. The whole class started laughing at his failure. Taka felt ashamed. Then, a door opened from under him, lowering him into a new room. The room was filled with what seemed to be teachers. “You failed” one of the teachers said. Just then, the same teacher impaled him with a ruler. He was then left to bleed to death in his own failure. Hifumi: Ultimate Fanfic Writer, Hifumi, was placed on top of a page of a giant comic book. The characters on the pages were all some he seemed to recognize. Suddenly, he felt something grab his foot. He looks down and something had come out of the page and grabbed him. And whatever, or whoever it was, was dragging him into the page. He looks at the page they were dragging him into, only to see the bottom covered in spikes. He tries to run away, but he’s overpowered as more people on the page grab him. He soon gets dragged inside the page, and gets impaled by the spikes. Celeste: Ultimate Gambler, Celeste, gets tied down on the floor below a giant slot machine. Monokuma jumps out of nowhere and lands on the lever, making the slot machine start up. The words “Jackpot!” showed on the screen. Suddenly, the slot machine starts to shake, and giant coins fall out, crushing Celeste. Sakura: Ultimate Martial Artist, Sakura, gets placed inside a very unstable looking dojo. She sees a stack of boards with a note that said “break em’ if ya wanna live!”. She did as the note said, and broke the boards. The dojo shook a little. Another stack of boards fell from above with another note. This one read, “You gotta try harder!”. She broke the new stack of boards with more force than the last stack she broke. The dojo shakes more. Another stack fell in front of her again. The note on this stack read, “This is the last stack. Give it all ya got!”. She broke the last stack with as much force as she was able to make. The dojo shook violently, and collapsed with her inside it. Alter Ego: Chihiro’s little creation, Alter Ego, gets placed on top of a desk with Monokuma sitting in the desk chair. He puts a USB drive into the computer. Alter Ego starts to glitch out. It goes to check what was in the USB, and it was viruses. As more viruses got downloaded into the system, the more Alter Ego glitched. Once all the viruses were in it’s system, Alter Ego couldn’t function, and had switched itself off. Monokuma then grabs the computer, and throws it in a fire. For a brief moment, Alter Ego was seen on the screen again, crying, right before the computer shut itself off, and never got turned back on. *~Survivors~* Toko: Ultimate Writing Prodigy, Toko, gets put on a stage with a podium. On the podium, there was a stack of papers. She realized it was on of the novels she had written. The crowd watching her on the stage cheers for her to read. She starts reading her novel to the crowd. Everyone loved it. Slowly, a giant book came up behind her. Once it got behind her, it slowly opened up. But Toko didn’t notice, and kept reading. Right when she muttered the words “The End”, a loud alarm sound went off and Toko spun around, only to see the giant book with the pages wide open. She was able to read just one sentence in the book. The sentence read, “He will never love you.”. Just as she read it, the book snapped shut, crushing her within its pages. She died realizing that Byakuya would never love her. Hina: Ultimate Swimmer Pro, Hina, gets tied up and put in a large tank of salt water while wearing a diving suit with an oxygen tank. She couldn’t untie the ropes, and she so she couldn’t swim back up to the top of the tank. But she was ok. She had an oxygen tank, so she would be ok for an hour or so. Just then, she sees something in the corner of her eye. It was a tiny fish. Hina smiled at the fish. More fish came up to her. She smiled a little more. Suddenly, the fish started to swim around her. Kyoko: Ultimate Detective, Kyoko, gets placed in an empty room with only her and someone else in the room. Before she could even see who it was, a giant rock fell from the ceiling, crushing her. But she didn’t die from it. The rock had only crushed her legs, making her unable to move. Just then, she heard footsteps getting closer. She lifter her head to see who was walking towards her. It was Junko. Before Kyoko had time to ask any questions on why she was in the room with her, Junko pulled out a gun and held it to Kyoko’s head. “Bye-Bye, toots!” Junko said, mocking Monokuma. She then pulled the trigger, and Kyoko died instantly. Makoto: Ultimate Lucky Student/ Ultimate Hope, Makoto, is placed in a big, empty room with only him and someone else inside. The other person was Junko. They stood at opposite sides of the room. Suddenly, Junko charged at him with sword. Before Makoto even had time to react, Junko had stabbed him in the chest with the sword, proving that Makoto was never lucky to begin with, and that Despair will always overpower Hope. Togami's execution can be analyzed kinda like this. -The trash can does two things: makes him look like a hobo (an obvious dislike of his) and makes him acknowledge the fact that many people think he's no better than garbage -Togami puts himself above everyone, and elementary school students are some of the weakest human beings. For him to be injured by them would reflect how powerless he truly is. -The escaping would show in that situation, his intelligence won't help. -The coldness is a reflection of his cold personality.

Honestly, Having Leon’s execution be the first was perfect for setting the tone Danganronpa was trying to set. A highly cartoony but very grim and despair enduring world. The lack of bright colors other that lean really help set the gritty tone of imminent death. Although this tone isn’t really played out through out the games and I would love to see more gritty Leon like executions, that is what the psycho pop style should have portrayed, highly anime and cute but dark and despairing art.

Imma just say that Leon’s execution was hella cool and unexpected. I watched the anime and I thought the “punishment” was just like getting beaten for a while or getting electrocuted for a day or something similar. Because 1. The murderer would be safe for one day which I think would add an interesting dynamic and 2. We wouldn’t have to see our favorite characters dye in horrible ways. But no, they legit killed him. I am tired of the complaints of Mondo's execution. The bike was built to go faster then a bike should of gone, he was trapped one of those circles where it can continue to pick up speed without crashing. Personally, I feel Sakura's execution fits her talent and past really well as she was determined to become the Strongest HUMAN Alive. So fighting Aliens would waver that sort of mentality with the unknown, not only that but the being buried alive from the number of bodies she was producing through her fighting is sort of poetic in that no matter how hard she fought she ultimately led herself to her own demise through defeating all of these aliens causing the pressure to get to her and suffocate her. You could sort of view the aliens as the stepping stones of her life beating one after another but more and more just kept coming until she was suffocated by the pressure.

This is how Isimaru would end up killing someone: breakfast came around and his eyes were bright red from a long night of sobbing over his recently lost friend, Ohwada. He sits down and notices Yamada eating a piece of toast. He looks at it with disgust as he now has complete disdain for butter. Monokuma pops up, laughing. Monokuma looks at Yamada and begins laughing even harder. "Where'd you get that?" Monokuma asked Yamada. "Ehhhh... the fridge, why?" Yamada replies. "I swapped the labels" Monokuma chuckled as he walked away. Yamada was confused by this but his eyes widened as he realized what he'd done. Ishimaru looked at Yamada and he looked back. They both sprinted toward the bathroom to throw up. Ishimaru sobbed as he sat hunched over in the stall, he heard Yamada's annoying shouting. It drove him crazy, he kicked Yamada's stall door in and smashed his head in on the toilet seat and claimed that he watched Yamada slip and hit his head because he was in a hurry.

For sakura instead of aliens it should have been those things in dojos that you hit and they move, but they had spikes and everytime she hit them it cut her and she would bleed. But the thing is it's in a dojo that's about to callapse so she needs to get out in a limited time. Timer goes out and she's crushed by the dojo coming in.

In my opinion, I don't like Ishimaru's execution all too much, I thought of one myself: My ideas for the title might be, "Hurry! The Bell Is Going To Ring!" Or something like that. Anyway, it's starts off Ishimaru is in a school and the bell slightly close to ringing, but Ishimaru's class is in walking distance, some robot thing kinda tries to tell him to hurry before the bell rings and the robot runs off, behind Ishimaru is huge crowd of robots (far off enough, not exactly behind him, but around 10 feet or so away) and they're rushing to class, Ishimaru can hear the stomping and realizes what's about to happen, but being the way he is, he still continues walking, the camera kinda switches from Ishimaru to the robots and then soon, dust and smoke appears all around, you are then left with a stampeded to death Ishimaru with tons of foot marks on him and blood all around. The bell then rings and in a few seconds, you see Monokuma dressed as a teacher walking up to his corpse and waving his finger as if he is saying, "Tsk, tsk, tsk, you're late, Mr. Ishimaru."

I love Sakura so much but nEver would I share Hagakure for anyone My favourite is by far Byakuya's, it's the darkest, creepiest shit ever and relates to his character so closely. Also I think the elementary school kids throwing stones thing is, sadly, just a thing that happens to Japanese homeless people. I'm not sure but it seems legit to me. After it comes Kiyotakas. It's haunting and powerful. As for number three, I'd say Aoi; I alwayd envision her eerily pounding her fists against the glass.

Here is one for Juno: *POSE FOR THE ROSE* Juno is on a stage and the spotlight shines on her. She is to model and pose to get 10 roses. She manages to get 10 but the last one was fake. Knowing it was fake, she pleaded for mercy. The roses then grow and Juno is killed by being stabbed of the thorns and by being suffocated. Hope u like these!

This is probably because Yasuhiro Hagakure is one of my favorite Danganronpa characters, but the more I think about it, I can kinda see why he was picked to survive. He was basically crapped on the whole game, with him being straight-up shanked in the demo, being called stupid at least a dozen times per chapter, being framed for the murder of Taka and Hifumi, and being suspected in Sakura's murder. Sure, a few characters have had it bad, but none of them, if I recall correctly, has had it this bad in DR1 alone.

Togami's makes sense, because Togami can do nothing on his own. As a poor man without wealth or power he has no one to rely on and cannot save himself, and would be at the mercy of the masses who may want revenge on the former elite. OR at least that's a fear of his. He has shown himself to be capable a few times. The elementary student outfit probably has to do with respect or maybe even his childhood.

In all honesty I had a recent idea on how Celeste’s execution could’ve went- (Slightly inspired by Maizonos unused execution) The execution begins with Celeste / Taeko sitting in a chair in front of a gambling table. She is chained down to the chair to prevent escaping. Above her is a bar with a goal of $1,000,000, if she reaches it, she’d be able to survive. Across from her is Monobear, wearing a suit and a fedora. The game starts, Celestia in the lead. She continues to be in the lead with Monobear not far behind her. She finally reaches $999,999, being so close to survival. Monobear starts to catch up drastically, leaving Celestia unable to get the last dollar she needed. Finally, Monobear ends up winning. Giant dart like dispensers appear in front of her, and sharp knives the shape of cards, fly at her, killing her instantly. And for the final part, Monobear leaves with a briefcase of $1,000,000, which it is then revealed Monobear had secretly cheated. Despite Celestias high amount of luck, she was one step behind on her battle between life and death. Please note I have no knowledge on how gambling works so I apologize for something inaccurate. Also, despite this, I still love Celestias actual execution (I may be biased-) I just made this to show how the execution could’ve went
