My mornings were pre-workout, a bowl of bud, and 4 sets of 4 exercises with cardio 6x a week. I gained so much with what seemed like little effort

mine was herbal tea with creatine, a bowl of bud, and a walk to the park for 6 sets of pull-ups. steadily progressed from 16 to a new personal best of 21 with perfect form

Weed really does work wonders physically and mentally. Imagine getting more done while high, even some people that use cannabis experience getting a better sense of focus + energy boosts.

Finally others get it I’ve been smoking training for years I’m 62 look 40 in better shape because it is therapeutic I think it makes it easier if you’ve had knee or hip replacement,now i farm and share w others who see

Absolutely, even a bit can do a lot for the pain associated with such things, which in turn can give better form and range of motion for exercises.

I work out wholly baked. Just need to watch out for the caffeine intake, you don’t want a pre workout mix that will cause you paranoia and anxiety.
