Hey there! Yes, I'm feeling pretty good, although yesterday I took the day off and rested. I ate about twice as much as I normally would because I was feeling very depleted. I'm back to normal today. It's Grant's 75th birthday so we're spending the day visiting friends. I'm going to make him German chocolate cake to take to his birthday barbecue later today, Lucky for me I can't stand German chocolate cake!🤣
