@HHSGDFootballJPDАй бұрын
Someone will lose leverage with the way the B's look on the ice. Swayman looked amazing in the playoffs because everyone knew of the B's lack of offensive depth and yet they were still winning games 2-1. If Korpisalo or Bussi are giving up weak goals and the B's are giving up 4 goals a game, I think the Bruins will acquiesce.

@@HHSGDFootballJPD I get it, but...what kind of goals? And what was the situation? These are pre-season games. @chriswright7259Ай бұрын
You realize that there are at a minimum of 3 other players on the ice at all times, right? It's not 1 on 6. Tuukka also was 1 win away from a Cup. That's hardly "hasn't won much".
@curiousbrowzaАй бұрын
@@chriswright7259 Nah. The Bruins were short on defensemen as the series came to completion; completely banged up and undersised, as well. Was that because they could not afford any roster additions? What percentage of the payroll went to Rask? Reminder: STL won with an unknown (ie who the hect was Binnington?). These are fair questions. Ironically, the one that took one of the largest chunks (of the payroll pie) didn't...do a Tim Thomas. It was there...gotta win one of the next two. C'mon big payroll guy- show us that you're worth it. However, the real "game" her is get the money and control the rhetoric.

Don has the best record in the NHL in his current tenure. Of course, he was also Ray Bourque's best defense partner. Note: they had a problem finding are placement afterwards. Many will say, yeah, but he hasn't won anything. Yet, neither did Rask as a starter, after he held out for big bucks. Interestingly, many will say, yeah, but he was steady and kept the Bruins relevant for a long time. So, did Don's management.
