Good Luck Ralph on your journey from the UK. I was worried what you were going to do with that tank of water!! Thought you were going to drop the mince directly into the water! Thanks for the vacuum tip. Subscribed to help you along to the holly grail of 1000!!😀

Thanks Paul. I'm glad you found me on the new channel. I am overwhelmed trying to respond to all the comments. I think this new channel is going to be awesome. It's a challenge, because the format of the videos is nothing like doing the cooking show.

Carnivore since June 2023 😁 It’s not JUST water weight!! I gotta shout out that it’s INFLAMMATION you’re losing!!! Don’t ignore that lovely “water weight loss” because it is relieving inflammation in your joints!! So excited you’re taking on carnivore - cheers to you!! ❤

Big John here 👋, another Carnivore mentioned in an email that I should take a look at how your getting along. I'm about a year into this Carnivore lifestyle and thriving with BBB and E and I'm only halfway through. Mainly ribeye steaks and eggs with some reindeer sausage for nice plate. The fat melts off with little to no exercise. Do a little extra work on the description section and make it relevant and reusable and create a separate email that isn't attached to your channel so people can connect with you. Creating a separate account keeps the hacks from stealing the channel 😊. Fatty red meats and you will thrive. I'll be checking back from time to time.

Hey Big John, Why do I have this feeling we are about to become friends? It sounds like you're killing it with carnivore. Before I say anything else, drop me an email through the channel, and I'll get you a more direct contact. You have some great suggestions. I also love the idea of reindeer sausage, I'll have to check around for that, maybe at Wild Fork. Looking forward to hearing from you.

@ralphknowsfood the carnivore diet can be complicated, but when compared to a vegan diet, it takes a lot less science to figure out. I've done both, and this way of eating just feels more natural and sustainable. Lately, I've been adding 3 types of meat and fats for variety on my plates. Which is similar to our previous sides of potatoes or veg, but just meat or protein.

Eggs, dairy, sausage, bacon, ham, deli meat, and jerky are triggers for my health issues. After having gut issues my entire life, I finally fixed it with a low histamine diet and anti-histamines. I did not know histamine intolerance was a thing. My headaches, brain fog, dizziness, fatigue, insomnia, and gut issues went away almost immediately. My sinuses and acne are slowly getting better. Oxalates may also cause gut, skin, and kidney issues and I decreased that first but it did not completely solve my issues.

I HAVE candida and my sleep became worse. i found out about histamine intolerance after eating pork and getting all wired up when 30 minutes before my first bite i was really sleepy. can you tell me what you eat on a low histamine diet? the thing is that in this diet, not only is histamine a problem, electrolytes are also a problem.

@@susanwjoh0re735 Hi Susan, I've only recently heard about histamine intolerance. I'm not going to be able to really address this, but hopefully, one of our other viewers who are more attuned to this issue can help out. As to the electrolytes, here is what I do. I normally start out by putting a fair amount of salt on whatever meat I am cooking. I have also tried some of these "hydration supplements" that you add to water. I don't use them often, but I have used them. One brand that you hear a lot about on the carnivore channels is LMNT. Pronounced like "element". I've seen several others at the grocery store by the water section. They come in multiple flavors, but I find that if you don't use enough water, they tend to taste like drinking ocean water. (yuk) But if you put the powder packet into a large glass of water, or divide it between glasses of water, it's really not bad. Actually very acceptable.

Thanks Mark. It sounds like you having been having great success. That's awesome. I wasn't on blood pressure meds, but I did have blood pressure that was way too high. It has already come down from the mid to high 150s to around 116 - 123. I remember getting those shots to the knees before having my knees replaced. Keep up the good work, and keep leaving us comments.

Hello brother! I'm also in my 1st month of carnivore. Before this I was doing animal based which is carnivore Plus fruits and dairy and honey. This month I've already lost 15lbs. Since March, when I started dieting seriously, I'm down 45lbs overall. I think you're doing great. You may find that cutting coffee helps, it did for me.
