Week 2 of Get fit in 5 weeks is all about improving your flexibility and stretching your muscles to help you increase the intensity of your work out. Week 2 starts with Anulom Vilom and then moves on to Chandranamaskars with some variations. Then we move on to some leg workout that will strengthen your thighs and glutes and ending with some stretches.
Get fit in 5 weeks is a 5 episode series with Rashmi Ramesh that helps you get fit and lose weight at the same time. This fitness routine gradually increases your strength and stamina over the weeks. By the end of 5 weeks you will be able to feel the difference in your body.

For the first time ever, I am consistently doing a workout. I'm on day 1 of week 2 and I have to admit those glutes excercises were painfully difficult to do but im sure it will just get easier through practice. Thank you so much for these videos. I am really enjoying them!

Hi Rashmi. In this video, you didnot specify when to inhale and exhale in most of exercises. Should I hold breathing or continue inhaling-exhaling while doing it?

Hi Navya, Continue breathing normally if the breathing is not specified. Never hold your breath during any exercise or asana unless specified. :) Hope you enjoyed the workout! :)

20 minutes should be an easy routine is what he thought. His hip flexors told him otherwise after the exercise regimen. This was great - thank you. My one request is for you to slow things down for us amateurs.

Dear Rashmi. I have completed week one and am working through week two. I have a question. The poses we do when we are laying on our sides hurts my hip. The one I'm laying on. I have double checked I am straight. It only hurts while I lay on it though. Is that normal? If not can I find more comfort in the pose? This series is really helping my hips. THANK YOU!

The pain is quite normal. Once you get hook of the pose, the pain will eventually subside.
