Week 2 of Get fit in 5 weeks is all about improving your flexibility and stretching your muscles to help you increase the intensity of your work out. Week 2 starts with Anulom Vilom and then moves on to Chandranamaskars with some variations. Then we move on to some leg workout that will strengthen your thighs and glutes and ending with some stretches.
Get fit in 5 weeks is a 5 episode series with Rashmi Ramesh that helps you get fit and lose weight at the same time. This fitness routine gradually increases your strength and stamina over the weeks. By the end of 5 weeks you will be able to feel the difference in your body.
