This workout is a revelation; I can actually see a visible difference in my figure and pants which didn’t fit are now having a new life. I’ve recommended it to lots of friends who are not exploring all that Rashmi has on offer.

Finally found my Yoga teacher online. Rashmi! She is very clear on her instructions and encouraging in a subtle way. Her 6days workout sessions and 5weeks workouts are great. Challenging little by little.Thanks a bunch Rashmi. Loving working out with you. :)

this is one of my favorite yoga workouts on youtube I've done it about 5 or 6 times and I swear I can tell a difference especially with the way I look in tight clothing and I can just feel that my lower stomach/hip area just feels tighter and more toned!
