This workout is a revelation; I can actually see a visible difference in my figure and pants which didn’t fit are now having a new life. I’ve recommended it to lots of friends who are not exploring all that Rashmi has on offer.

Finally found my Yoga teacher online. Rashmi! She is very clear on her instructions and encouraging in a subtle way. Her 6days workout sessions and 5weeks workouts are great. Challenging little by little.Thanks a bunch Rashmi. Loving working out with you. :)

this is one of my favorite yoga workouts on youtube I've done it about 5 or 6 times and I swear I can tell a difference especially with the way I look in tight clothing and I can just feel that my lower stomach/hip area just feels tighter and more toned!

Doing this for the third day in a row and I am in so much pain... at least I know its working! Edit: 8th day and I see a bit of a difference! Great workout 👍🏻

Love this. Quick, intense, effective burn, yet gentle and doable even for beginners. Love this and RAshmi is Adorbs.

Love handles on the side and back are the hardest fat I found to burn. I see some hope coming across this video. Will update after I practice

ok i’ve been trying to loose weight for almost 4 years and it’s always been bad in my love handles and my sweet 16 is in less then 3 months so ima *try* and do this everyday and see if i see results week 1:

There are several components to doing yoga to lose weight. One resource I discovered that succeeds in merging these is the Yaras yoga tactics (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the most helpful resource that I have ever heard of. look at all the amazing information .

Haha! "killer". Wondering where you are from, using that word in this way, lol. I loved it. I'm 51, we used to say that in the 80's, but I hear some younger people in different parts of the U.S. using it recently.

The poses are target specific, No matter how much I exercise and do yoga I have been unable to lose the fat above my hip, hoping to get some good results with these poses, will post after a while to let you know the results.
