I absolutely love your videos! Greerings from germany, i love your gentle and kind way of encouraging! I do have a question though Whenever I do the exercise with lifting my legs up while on my back and open them in a circle to get them down; My right hip "jumps" it feels like its relicating in the soccet and it makes a weird cracking sound. Any advice or idea on whats going on there? Thank you ♡

Today is day 1 for my 3rd week and it is surprisingly very easy for my body. The only difficulty for me is on the first lower ab workout where we do circles with the legs, my inner pelvic bones are cracking? and I can't do it properly as I'm scared that I break my bone. How do go about it?

week 1 consecutively means that whole week we have to keep repeating the above 21 minutes exercise? I mean every day till week ends? plz guide...

Sds Kulkarni yes. you can continue doing the same workout for one week and then move to the next workout for the following week.

So I'm not following the normal 5 week program... I started with week one, added week two, and just added parts of week 3... Doing it since a few month and I'm still not at week 5 :-P But I'm getting there when I'm doing the other weeks with perfection. It is a wonderful program thank you very much! My body is changing and I'm very happy about that. But I have a problem at week 3 with the leg part starting from minute 15.15... lifting the legs and going down making a V. My right hip joint makes clicking nois and feels uncomftable. Should I just go on? Should I have it checked? Is there some training I can do to make it stop?
