@@TrailRunningWales Good attitude indeed but not the best for 100 milers and over. You gotta pace yourself. That's why he always blows up at some point. Of the Americans Tim Tollefson is my favourite.

@@ifonly1532 Agreed. He did really well at the 50mile distance, but he needs to learn to hold a bit back on the 100 milers. Tim is great too, such a nice guy and a very professional runner.
