Hi my name is Chris in Ogden Utah Hooray for Ya'll!!, I'm currently working on a small hot dog cart, full electric, vegan menu, 'Vweiner Wagon' pulled by a E-bike. This is 2.0 version. The first version was a very short-lived success as a proof of concept. I converted a old barbecue and a bike trailer into a small hot dog cart. We made money on that first and only day. Moving forward the new cart will be fully licensed and legit. My reason of using a small size cart is to have a advantage of quick set up time which allows for quick time going from venue too venue. Along with a nice sound system the cart will have cool led lighting Your videos inspire me. I have the hot dog cart fever!!!! Looking forward to more of your videos and possible feedback

The food warmers you use do you cook your hotdogs in them how many can you cook at one time?

We can fit about 27 per pan, and we use 1/3 pans. If we were to use a full pan we might fit a few more, but we do different kinds of dogs in each.

@@therealboondoggie i'm doing some high school games in kentucky and doing about 300 dogs a night was just trying to find a way to cook that many fast and liked your food warmers did you think it would work?

@@larrybetterley8795 the electric ones are a little slower, I can pump out 300 dogs in under two hours with my hot dog cart and an extra food warmer.. serve all the ones from the propane burners while the electric is heating, and by the time you’re empty and refilled in the propane pans, your electric warmer dogs should be done. You’d need power or a generator though. It’s hard to do that many that quick. I also had quite a bit of help… if I was by myself or had minimal help I’d be able to rotate emptying one pan, refilling, moving to the next, empty and refill, and by the time I got back to the first pan they’d be hot again. It’s tough no matter how you slice it! Good Luck!

All you would have to do is box them and ship byUPS. 2 day. I live in a small town SW of Houston TX, so there’s no way for me to get to your store. I’m about to freak out to taste those dogs. Plus 2 of the hot Italian, lol
