What these guys don't show you here is the amount of time they spend on stretching before doing all this. I kill my workouts every day trying to act like Dan and all...but please don't forget to stretch at least for 20-30 minutes before doing anything these guys do.

Lee B as a power lifter, there is nothing wrong with an arched back. It's anatomically more natural than keeping it flat. The thoracic region of the spine naturally curves out

I love crossfit, but come on. They should have regulated the bench press a little more. People allready make fun of us for doing kipping pullups which I defend, but I can not defend bouncing the bar off of your chest on bench press.

I was wondering what the standard was on the bench. Bench is done so seldom on the main site that they don't train it the way powerlifters do with feet firmly on the floor, butt and shoulder firmly on the bench and the hips can't move once the starting position is established.

James Darden All of thos things are correct, but in a powerlifting competition you can not bounce the bar off of your chest. Doing this drastically increases the amount of weight you can bench press and has the potential to seriously damage your sternum.

These guys look in amazing shape and way bigger then me yet I can out bench the the bigger guy by 60 lbs at 13 more straight non-stop reps. How is that even possible? I don't really know much about crossfit, do they not focus on traditional weight lifting? I mean whatever they're doing it's obviously working cause they look great.

FaboteGamer yeah they're not going to win any powerlifting competitions, but they're still casually pressing more than their bodyweight, which is fairly impressive considering they rarely, if ever, train bench press.
