Week 22 (Lon Las Cymru 250 Mile Run Training)

It's very hard going but it's finally coming together...!! One more big week to get through next week!

Fuck average.....Ronnie, you continue to inspire and motivate. Whether you are battling illness or riding on the crest of a wave of success....you are the man. You reflect and regroup and move forward no matter what is thrown at you...good or bad. So glad your Illness has enabled you to train. I can barely wait to follow your dot down down Wales cheering you every step of the way for Lon Las cymru. You are already my hero.
