Another high volume week of running with 30M steady on the Wednesday to reach Cardiff Bay followed by 28.5M (5 laps) run at 80% + effort on Saturday at the Insomnia 24. I've kept the gym in there too to fill the gaps with a hiking drill / some strength conditioning / core work / mobility & stretching alongside walking daily. A few more weeks to push. Enjoying the journey...
