When my daughter was 3 years old she had an operation to take her tonsils and adenoids out 28 April 2004. Then 9 years later on 28 April 2013 at the age of 12 years she was attacked by a dog and needed an operation to wash and close 14 wounds. Such a coincidence her only operations she has had were on the same day 9 days after her birthday. It is bittersweet at the moment because she is 18 years old and really independent. I am really proud of her as she has a full time job, a really nice boyfriend and lovely friends. But at the same time I miss the baby she once was. Sending love from New Zealand 💖
