What a stupendous motivation!! I did the same thing what you doing until now. I'm at 168 lbs and as much as possible, I want to maintain this weight or even reduce in a few pounds til 162. I'm trying to do a body recomposition also but not to build a lot a of muscle.

Dude, im inspired by you. Previously i have lost bout 40kgs and went from 110kgs to bout 73kgs. I maintained it for about a year and a half, but after that im gaining the weight back. Now im 100kgs and i feel so ashamed of myself. I felt like i lost my sense of control and my appetite is extremely whacked now. The first time around i went on IF and focused on low carbs high protein along with cardio and in a matter of months i achieved my goal. But now i find it extremely difficult to go back to my old habits because i often overeat. I really wanna change because my weight gain is extremely drastic

First of all well done on your previous weight loss! It shows you it is possible. It's okay to slip up. I have been on a similar path. It takes a good few weeks to get back on track. You can do it!!

hey, I started working out as well. im doing weight lifting 3-4 days a week and walking around 5000 steps 2-3 days a week? is this a good enough plan? i have cut all carbonated drinks and juices and junk food. i need to lose around 30 kg
