I always enjoy your channel and content. Thank you for sharing your learning curves. You are making a difference for sure. The Western X truck driver was probably a dry van driver last week. It has gone into the dumpster sine the old guy passed away. May I ask a favor of your consideration on your channel, and I understand the 4 ways are Safety protocol process for many companies. Those new generic flasher tones drown you out and make an old fart driver keep trying to shut off the clicking sounds. LOL Thank you for all you do Sir. The slinkies looks like the ones I used to run to a foundry for snap on tools in the same region. Its fun to watch you trying to recall shippers in areas from a time ago.

Thank you and thanks for watching. I try to remember to turn off the dang 4 ways, it’s an annoying sound. I never met the owner , but it’s definitely being ran differently. Me personally I think it’s going to have a negative effect long term. The focus should be on retaining safe drivers and paying them accordingly. Good ain’t cheap, and cheap ain’t good. The money that’s paid out to claims and accidents should be going to the safe drivers. There was a survey done a while back and i voiced this. Nothing will change though because of the butts in seat mentality. I always say “#1 will not always be #1.” If the trend doesn’t change, it will have some negative impact in the long run.
