Lucky you in N.Y. we have 3 informal and 1 formal observation. I teacher 6th and 5th grade ELA and S.S. for centers structure is key. I make sure that whatever center they do in ela that they have to turn something in and they recieve points for it.

I'm currently waiting to hear back from a teaching certification program and I've been binge-watching your videos like CRAZY because third grade is the grade I would like to teach and because you are super fun and informative to watch.
