Week 24 of IRONMAN 70.3 started off a bit rough as I started to struggle to keep the motivation up. With 7 weeks until race day, I talk about whether this online training app is working for me and if it’s worth it, as well as trying to find ways to perfect my nutrition plan (and storage).
