My very first "week of workouts" video!
So excited to share this video with you all! Every week tends to be slightly different however I always am making sure to hit all of these components.
As of right now my main focuses are, strength training, calisthenics, flips & tricks, and climbing.
I didn't include morning movement in this video however I am doing about 10-15 minutes of movement every morning - let me know if you'd want a video of my morning movement routines through the week as well!

Also, I'm glad I'm not the only one who follows the actual calendar week. Sunday-Friday. Rest on Saturday. 😄

Just took my 14 year old son rock climbing @Hanger-18 in OC and he loved it. Gym was crowded but you couldn't find a more friendly group of people willing to help and guide us. Love the KZbin videos please keep them coming.

Do you use some type of protien powder? , if yes , what is it and do you recommend using it 🤔 , love your videos by the way☺💕

Hiii! ill be honest I tend to get all my protein from real foods! only sometimes will I have a shake. I like ghost protein, their flavours are amazing and Cbum's brand is also so yummy. I use whey protein tho so not vegan so Im not sure which to recommend there !
