My fav type of exercise is pilates pbv weight lifting and full body,lower body and upper body workout and when finished my workout program i do my stretch in my body. 🥰🥰

I do homeworkouts. Love glutes and abs. Not a big fan of jogging. I also do gymnastice and volleyball.

I do workout at home,I love abs and legs exercises! I sometimes running in the morning and I do horse-riding, it greatly strengthens the muscles of the legs🐎 You are beautiful❤

Hi babe, I’m actually a CPT and both are great for full muscle exhaustion and burnout added in as a superset or finisher to supplement a compound lift and make for a rounded routine :)
