Hi guys, wanted to send a quick and very short video on my training day after school and a very cool place to workout. Been tied up with school and training a lot this week but have some very special (more thorough) videos in store this weekend. Very grateful to get and share my training from some coaching legends with you!

Shadowboxing on sand builds your calves and makes it stronger. Keep it up!

rotator cuff strengthening should also be on the list for every combat sport athlete. It will bulletproof your shoulders from injuries as well as increase performance
