Suggestion for the Trofast system for your daughter's room: get all white drawers, with a white or light wood surround- it'll then match any colour scheme (including if it ends up in your son's room one day), and be usable when she's a lot older too, as it won't look baby-ish. I have them in my wardrobe! XD

I was the same way when my girls started school I felt lost I remember going around the shops when my youngest started to take my mind off thinking about her . Ahh I know- my youngest started school last year 😭 However, really traumatising- we are looking at secondary schools for my eldest as he's in year 6 😱 By the way I always said breakfast lunch and dinner/supper (grew up in Devon) but lived in brum for 19 years and now say breakfast lunch and TEA!

Hi Emma I work with people with dementia and work around a model of care called dementia care matters. You can find videos on KZbin by there founder David sheard. He is amazing and so passionate about dementia care. I think watching some of his videos might make your visits better. Dementia is so cruel but live and love in the moment with your nan. Xx

Ethan looks so grown up. Is he enjoying school so far? Dementia sucks 😢 my autistic 15 year old hates going to see her grandmother. She knows Nan can't help it, but still struggles with the fact that her Nan doesn't recognise her. To be honest, it's horrible for us all. We stayed wit MIL over bank holiday weekend, with her live in carer. At this stage in her dementia journey, she can't even remember how to make a cup of tea for herself. Simon says it's like grieving twice, once as the personality dies, then again when the body gives up. Have you looked at Depop for the teapot? I saw a few when I was looking for a unique birthday gift for my sister in law. I went on to find a quirky gift, I ended up buying myself a cath kidston bag to replace the one I trashed in the washing machine!

I'm not against ads, not at all. Completely understand that sponsored content is part of your job and mamma has cubs to feed (and Disney YES!), I also know that they are worth more ££ if they appear in the middle of a video. I do think though, and this is just my personal opinion, that having them pop up in the middle of a weekly vlog/video isn't very transparent, and that subscribers should be given a choice whether to engage with sponsored content. I won't be unsubscribing because I BLOODY love your content and I'm only part way through last years xmas vlogs 😂 x

For a brand to have a small slot in one of my vlogs is a 1/4 of the cost of a fully branded video. It always says #AD in the corner. So you can scoot through that bit. It's generally two minutes or so. I am super transparent with fully branded videos/instas and so on and generally try and create extra non branded content either side. These are just short mentions in 10 minutes of non branded everyday life. Whereas fully branded videos are content generally solely to do with the brand. My annual wage is roughly the same as a part time teacher. Hope that explains it! And glad you enjoy the videos. Just forward the ad bits x
