I think the neutral knit dress would be SO cute for brunch. I’m a brunch girl myself, and I would totally wear that to a semi-casual brunch and dress it up with cute shoes, bag and jewelry. For the beach….. a big floppy hat and your big sunglasses… omg

Okay so, positive, constructive feedback coming your way! 😄 My biggest advice would be to use the same pan to make the chicken that you do to make the soup. As long as you're willing to have chicken in it (even though you're not eating it), you might as well use the "fond" from the bottom of the pan from searing the chicken to start your broth and give the dish that depth of flavor that it just won't get anywhere else. (Probably how that HF stock that you love is made, but a veggie version.😊) What you are doing to clean the pan is definitely effective, but it's actually called "degalzing" and when you "deglaze" the pan with soap and pour that out, you are seriously wasting about 80% of the flavor base and thickening agent to a good soup, or really any dish that will have a broth or a sauce later on. Instead, use your pot to sear the chicken, remove the chicken, then deglaze with your veggie broth, and lift all that goodness into your soup and build from there! Everything on the bottom of that pan is good food and seasoning. Trust me, I've been at this a long time, lol! 😃 I know you both are growing into your best chef selves more and more every day and I really hope this advice actually helps you! 🥰

Suggestion 😁 for the soup, start with garlic and/or onion on the bottom of the pan with a little butter, let them soften then and veggies or chicken just cook in there till it’s a little defrosted because your chicken was fully cooked in the bag you had. Then add a little flour to make your soup a little thick/creamy if you want and garlic powder/salt/pepper/Italian or all purpose seasoning. 😊 Then dump straight in broths to a boil. Then a little milk of choice or sour cream/ Parmesan /cream cheese as desired. add in gnocchi last for a couple minutes and you’re done 💕🥰

I like to use white beans or potatoes in the soup base, then you can blend it to make it creamy. Or half and half. Heavy cream is a bit too much for me. And a dollop of Daisy goes without saying.
