I missed where y’all went but if you haven’t gone to shell island ,do so. Not sure if you can get there except by “ the boat” tour but you’ll find bunches of shells . Of course I haven’t been there in 20 years ( or more🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️) !!🤣🤣 I sure enjoy your channel very much.💕

Did you know it is illegal to take live sand dollars from the beach? You are supposed to gently put them back in the water. I couldn't tell if the one you found was live or not. Some people don't know this.

@@nancyfarkas3592 I asked IF she knew. I moved to FL 3 years ago and did not know then. I wasn't being rude to her at all. I would hate for her to not know and then get in trouble for it. I love watching this family, and have for years, I would never say rude things to her. I even added that some people don't know it. People hot glue shells to picture frames then put a beach picture in the frame. Also I’ve seen shells hot glued to mirrors . Also Christmas tree ornaments. Drill a little hole for hanging.

Hi Amy, Just a suggestion but to get your floats to last longer is keep them out of the water when your not using them. We have a place to store ours beside the pool. I never knew this until a friend of mine that works at a pool store told me. I can’t tell you how much it saved us from buying new floats all the time.

LOL, I think you are finally getting some sand between your toes. Finding shells can be addictive. The large Cockerels, I like to make wind chimes with or candles with. And the Fighting Conch that your husband handed you and you though back because the end was broken. It's very common for that. That's because it's a fighting conch and their shells break when they are fighting. If you do want to make like a wind chime or Christmas ornament and need a hole in one. I use a Dremel.

I have learned to never say no shells, cause i always end up picking some up. I got a book with all the shell pictures & names. Its much easier to remember them.

Hi Amy and Greg! That sea urchin that’s smooth you got, you can buy an air plant and put it in it. Put a fishing line string on the top and hang it. It will look like an octopus. They sell them here in Oregon coast. So cool!

You should try growing pineapple. Just cut the top off the pineapple you buy at the store and plant it in a pot or in the yard. It takes a long time but it’s so fun to grow your own pineapple. It’s the sweetest , best pineapple you ever ate.
