Weekend Wash - What is Adams Hoseless Wash?

Adams Hoseless Wash is the replacement for their rinseless wash. I find the name they chose to be weird as the rinseless term is more commonly used. After using it I found it to be better than the previous formula. It is a definite upgrade in overall performance. I find it to compete with something like Optimum No Rinse but slightly behind others such as P&S Absolute, McKee's N914 or DIY Detail Rinseless Wash.

A quick follow up. I put one of the dirty towels back into the rinseless wash solution and it did not release the dirt as good as DIY Detail Rinseless Wash, McKee's N914, American Detailer Garage WipeOut, P&S Absolute. It is equivalent to Optimum No Rinse is where I would rate it.

Mckee's graphene rinseless is my new favorite. Easy to use and the car stays very clean for a long time.

i have it, i use it, i like it, but my first gallon purchase was for uber sio2 rinseless...i like that it adds some water beading to areas i missed or forgot to hit with seal and shine.

Agreed Mike, DIY Rinseless is the Sheriff in towm, Phoenix Hydra I would say is #2 and Absolute #3

I’m LOVING those new IK mini sprayers. I bought a bunch of the full sized trigger sprayers but never really liked them. Too big really, I ended up not really using them. These mini ones feel way nicer to use, and the size is more practical and manageable. I’ll probably end up with a lot of them. Seems like a nice rinseless product. Once it gets to Canada I’ll have to try it out too.

The Jersey bug scrubbers from TRC work great on those bee droppings and other things that get stuck on a well maintained car like this. No pressure, just gently keep going over it until it's gone.

And now those new Ultra Clay Blocks have a Jersey scrubber on one side and clay bar on the other! Talk about efficiency. Can easily hit that monthly glass claying maintenance and scrub ya bugs

I do rinseless weekly or biweekly and i dont do the drying aid method no maring or swirls yet. But i do prerinse and hose off then the multiple towels

Off topic Mike but do you have a favorite pump sprayer? I have to get one this year. My old one from the local hardware store is nearly done. That IK Mini looks really nice too and i love the tolco sprayer heads that you had on the dilute bottle.

I have the marolex pump sprayer which I enjoy using. I have purchased the cheap harbor freight ones and they do work but over time they fail. My second one is in need of replacing. The good thing it is only $5 for one. I have not tried the ik pump sprayer so I am not sure how well it works. The tolco sprayer on the dilute bottles is a good combination. The carpro triggers kept failing and the tolco solved that. I am hesitant to put any hash chemicals in the ok mini's because they are so nice haha.

Thanks for showing how simple it is to do and I have learned the difference between ONR and rinseles wash today. Can I also do a claybar afterwards and wax if I want to?

It works well. The other two rinseless washes you mention are still better. Adams can compete with ONR and Absolute.

How does the lubricity feel when you dip your fingers in the solution and pull your fingers out and rub them together?

This has good lubricity. No need to worry about scratching the paint.

I’m not a waterless wash wash guy so I will always choose a rinsless like this Adams one. Frothe is fine for one doing strictly waterless wash.
