I wish I had more time to do what you’re doing more often. The world has got far too busy doing nothing of real importance and far too stressful over nothing that really matters. If we can escape from time to time from our “busy stressful” lives and sleep outdoors with the trees and birds then we would all be a lot healthier mentally for sure. It’s also nice to see you all go out as a family and enjoy each others company. That is becoming all too rare. You and your family are truly blessed Becky.

Hi O.G the beauty of a hammock is that you wont get bothered with ticks like you could do sleeping on the ground. I do hope you check Buster for ticks after your trips out, it is essential. If you do find Buster carrying a passenger,,,please check yourselves most carefully ....An infected tick could totally ruin not only your outdoor adventures but you life... I do enjoy your family trips out and sometimes it brings a tear to my eye to see what appears to be an ideal relationship between you all. treasure it, always.

Becky, I truly loved the food trade off! It's just one of the things that makes camping fun. You did an awesome setup on your hammock. It's been 40 years since I tried a hammock and I didn't like them back then. But you and others have veered my thought process into trying one of the newer types of hammocks. I might just get one and see if these old bones might just enjoy one now days. A major happy birthday to your dad. Those were some excellent presents! When properly prepared for the wilderness, getting lost is just a fun game to enjoy. I sometimes find myself doing so on purpose. It's like a fun adventure while trying to find my bearings and head in the right direction to get back to the trail. That would be an awesome topic that you guys might incorporate into a video to help out the newbies to wilderness survival. I noticed that Angela had the ear warmers on. She must be cold blooded like me. Anything below 60 degrees Fahrenheit and my ears, nose, fingers and toes suffer. I noticed how much Buster loves his backpack. It lets him know that he is truly one of the family when you let him mimic the ones that he adores. Thank you so much for sharing this Spring Time adventure Becky. 👍 🔥 I had a Blast watching it!

Great video :D what do you like most? A perm camp or hiking around and making camp each night? :) bcs of the regulations here in Belgium i cant have a base camp BUT me and my friends hike around (about 18-22km) each day and set up camp in the evening :)

Hi Becky and family. I liked the water i so wanted to have a swim, beauty water fall. loved the spot where the owl was hooting at you all. I always laugh when your dad gets long winded on something then it cuts to music starting and you takin the mic out of your pop-pop when you can on his gear :) i do gotta say i like sleeping out side under the stars watching them slide across the universe however i have never liked a tent as much as I like your ma has. Becky i do not know how to properly use a compass taking bearings etc. that might be a fun one to learn your very SAS as i see you got a more ruff camp out as you commented your main spot was getting a bit luxurious :) have you ever seen an SAS fire pit are they really better? The last song was magical with the flute
