The N699 is psychological pricing, stores use it to make people think they are spending less. For instance if you see N699 and N700 you are more likely to take the N699 🤔

I watched one of your videos on doing grocery shopping in Nigeria market. I was really shocked on how expensive Food are in Nigeria. I quickly compared some of the prices of the food you bought and discovered that the price of food in Nigeria are way more higher than here in Germany. For example that 1 single red bell pepper you bought for Naira 865 ( which is around 1,82 € ) I just bought 3 red bell peppers yesterday for € 0.99 cent. In Germany the prices for vegetables ranges depending on the season. Let's say about 3 months ago, i do pay like €1,50 cent to € 1,82 for 3 red bell peppers.

Looool. I buy coconut milk the same way: every time I go to the supermarket, I pick 1 up then come home to realise I have 6 cans remaining. Yet, I'll do the same thing next time I go shopping. Estimate of your shopping bill: NGN 75k

Lol, I didnt add up the grocery haul cos I know market prices have definitely skyrocketed but for the ball peppers and the plastic bowls, I will use cheaper alternatives. Dose plastics too, I think they're too pricey cos I blv they may be imported. You'll be amazed there a lot of Made in Naija plastic bowls that are really cheap, durable and very pretty . I source for them .All the same thanks Sisi Yemi for all you do and spend, just to give us super content. Much love here❤❤❤❤
