My favorite video of Vidmas so far! Really needed that reminder of balance. My birthday is December 10th. Between that, getting sick immediately after, and all the Christmas activities, I’ve been feeling like I’m backtracking on my goals. This was a great reminder to look at the picture and find balance, thank you!

I love logging on YT in the morning and seeing your lovely face every day. The highlight of my mornings are watching YT vids and doing my makeup.. but don't stress yourself out and put too much pressure on yourself to carry on. I think a lot of people would agree with me when I say the best Christmas present this year is going to be good mental health and family and friends to spend the festive season with so make them your priority and try not to worry so much about your consistent content! We'll all look forward to seeing you again in the new year if you decided to take a break! Thank you for the reminder to find a sense of balance during probably the rockiest time of the year for everyone! xx

I myself haven't tried aswaganda or cbd but swear by magnesium been taking it for years due to its calming effects on the body...its often referrered to as the anti-stress mineral for this reason..however If you'd like to try magnesium please do your own research on it and check with a gp if taking any medications.
