I needed this video today, I've had such a stressful weekend... Friday night I talked a friend out of suicide which was really tough. Saturday night I was in bed all day with horrific period pains, Sunday morning after getting back from a party, around 3am my boyfriend had severe heart palpitations and we ended up getting a taxi to A&E at 5am, got home at 10am so I didn't sleep at all. Yesterday I was unwell with an upset stomach and then last night I had a panic attack because I didn't want my boyfriend to go to work (no idea why, I don't suffer with panic attacks). So I've had the day off work and this video should help me to chill out. Thanks Rhiannon :)

Rhiannon, I wanted to commend you and Doug for raising such a well mannered and soft spoken child. Delilah seems so chill, lovely and happy! What are your secrets? I have a son myself, but he is super strong willed and outspoken😅 Not necessarily bad traits but, maybe our children just mirror their parents? Yourself and Doug both have similar auras to Delilah…maybe I need to chill out more and my son will follow suit😂

In the US where I live we always need a huge backpack even for the younger grades cause of winter. That extra pair of shoes. Show suits for recess. Etc.. and projects for some reason got massive at times.

When I went to see Adele at Wembley it was exactly the same. We’d been in the car for two hours and had only just made it out of the car park 😩 passengers were getting out of their cars and going to the nearby takeaways to get food and coming back to their cars that hadn’t moved an inch 😅
