If you have problems with overthinking and just struggling with your thoughts i really recommend getting a job. It's advice from my heart.I struggle with my thoughts just like you, and this summer i got a job, I'm 17 and i work a pretty easy job, everyday 10 hours a day (saturday, sunday off). It's and easy job but it really shows the reality of people being just people, i can see how social media is twisting our perception of the world. Plus the money is good thing to have. Of course the thoughts won't leave you forever but you will just have less time to overthink... Please consider it.

Hi Dani! Maybe you are breaking out from the dish soap you used to clean your brushes?? That happened to me too, I had to soak them in hot water for an hour with a tablespoon of vinegar. And then rinse them a few times with warm water. Hope this helps you!! Love your videos ❤
