Tbh I don’t put heat on my hair very often and I think that helps most with hair growth! But if you’re looking for one specifically for hair growth, the Bondi boost hair growth shampoo and conditioner is SO good. I used it so much late 2022-early 2023 and my hair grew a LOT then!!!
