hey guyssssss, I am actively on a journey trying to lose weight (14lbs down currently). I am really focusing on better eating habits and daily movement and wanted to show you guys what that looks like for me! Comment, Like, Share xoxo

Girl just try the run! I started a couple months ago and could only run for thirty seconds, now I’m running 8 miles! Training for a half marathon! You’ll never know until you try it! 💖

I totally agree with you. It took me a full YEAR to get really comfortable going to the gym. When I was starting I bought weights and strictly worked out at home. It also made it easier to hold myself accountable I typically workout pretty early (4/5am) and I would chicken out before I even got in the car lol I started working out April of 2023. I have since lost 40 pounds. Went down about. Two dress sizes? Just about. I’m currently trying to lose my last twenty I’m hoping I can do it!

Lol I legit try to go to the gym at super early or late hours to avoid other people so I totally get it!!! I love working out from home though but I’m working my way up to being more comfortable. 40 lbs down is amazingggggg!! Keep it up I know you can hit your next goal 🩵

@@LXA996 definitely a big part of it I hate a super busy gym lol but also. I started working out first because if I leave it up to chance it won’t happen. By the time I get off work I’m tired and I’m questioning if I’m gonna go to the gym. If I do it first it’s already done and half the battle is won. I think we BOTH got this! HEY SIS I love ❤️ your videos I'm 62 and just binged watched all of them keep going, what your doing is realistic 👏 I have 10 lbs and it's very hard I walk 5 to 7 miles a day plus weight training but I'm not giving up so keep on showing up for yourself. ❤❤❤

Gym anxiety is REAL, it’s actually embarrassing how many years I didn’t go to the gym just because I was anxious and worried about what others would think.. I started my journey a month ago, I hope to Lose this damn weight 🥲🥲🥲 Good luck on your journey!!!!

Go for that run baby!!! I started running at 262 pounds w a 18 min mile. 2 months later, I’m down almost 20 pounds and am running 12 min miles!!! I can’t explain it, but practice really makes progress!!!

I want to get into weight lifting at the gym. I'm hoping to go to a class tomorrow afternoon to learn how to get the correct form :). I am really looking forward to it. Does feel a little bit daunting, but I will push through. I am used to doing just cardio x

Ugh, I always feel so guilty missing a day but I’m trying to find a balance between consistency and knowing when to just take a break if I need it.. you right tho, we got this 💪🏾

I weight lift in the morning and walk in the afternoons/evenings. It works really well. I also didn't like getting up but now that have been for about 6 months, it's second nature. It was rough at first!! I still have an occasional morning I have to force myself to get up.

Skin looks great! Also I hate that every time I go into a store everything is cropped lol. I just want something normal and comfortable. I just wear guys sweaters sometimes. Depends on which site your own.
