This week was really hard because I was just struggling with having energy and motivation a lot. I feel like I always go through those phases where I don't want to do anything but I keep on pushing through to show up for myself. Super excited to still see results even if it's slowly :) I hope you guys like this video!!

I’m starting too it’s been almost two weeks I lost 5 pounds I cut out alcohol and water is becoming my best friend we got this girly❤💪🏽‼️🙌🏾

I Googled and found a 28 day workout challenge online. It's basically a calendar that tells how many minutes to walk each day. It starts with 30 minutes, then 45 minutes, 60, 75, and finally 90 minutes. It's helping me to commit to my workouts because I love the challenge of it, even though I'm doing it alone I still feel like it holds me accountable to complete it. I get such satisfaction checking it off of the calendar each day I complete a workout.

I reward myself with other things like a new workout outfit, shoes, fresh manicure or pedicure, outfit, etc. I was sabotaging myself with the chest days lol. It started as cheat days then went to cheat meals now I am not cheating with food anymore and I’ve noticed an amazing difference! Keep at it you’re doing a great job!

Yesss Alexa, let’s do this 💪🏼 I want that back too girl - I love how we think alike in so many ways! You are very right about consistency being a key factor. Yesyesyes about changing our habits over time. We could loose heaps and do really well in the start but it’s the habits that we keep that will determine if we can keep that weight off. Can’t wait for the next vlog ❤

Oops just seeing this. You start at 1000 jumps and increase by 100 every day for 7 days . But if youre new to rope jumping most people start at 200 jumps and increase by 100 everyday
