Good rule #2. Female friend of mine always wanted to go out and do stuff then she started dating this guy and she literally wrote all of us off. Male and female friends. Didn’t work out and then she wanted to hang out all the time. Ehhhh don’t really like only being important when they’re out of options. 🤷‍♂️🤣

Yeah, we all do. But you also have to remember that her mental health is more important than posting 2x a week. Especially since she just started a new 9-5 job in September. The risk of burnout is THAT high. So no, I don't think she is going to upload regularly on Fridays anymore.

So real about the 10k steps a day - it is way more time consuming than you think!! I combine my reading time with walking on the treadmill and it helps me reach my step goals per day.

I am 100% using your texting rule that is so smart! Everyone I’ve talked to in the past has been LONG predominantly texting situations and then I wonder why things are so different in person or it wrecks me when it’s over! 😂🤦🏾‍♀️

Your friend is correct. It takes 6 months to a year to fully understand what you're doing. There are some jobs that can be an easy transition like Accounting and HR. These two jobs are more about how they process things and how to use their technology like software.

I love my walking pad I got it for my birthday! It helps get my steps in while I’m just sitting at home working 😊 I recommend getting an ankle band though to accurately track your steps while working since your hands will be staying pretty stagnant. That’s what I did 😊 great video as always!

I agree with you Keegan that it is one of my rules too that I don’t really like getting to know someone over text. I am fine with texting them a little bit to make sure that we get a lot and to see if there is a bit of a connection but I would rather get to know the person through a video call or by getting together. The last guy I saw we started getting to know each other over video chat since we were long distance so it was what worked for us but in the end it didn’t end up working out.

you should try making air fryer bagels with greek yogurt or cottage cheese! they’re super simple, yummy, and have a little more protein than your average bagel!

I love my walking pad! I WFH and try to walk a couple miles a day. I work in social at a pr firm so def have lots of deep work but during meetings and such I whip out the walking pad! You’d be surprised how many steps you take during a 30min meeting 😊

I also got a candle warmer for Christmas! I love it and you should cut your hair shorter! In the past with my ex boyfriend we texted a lot instead of getting to know each other better in person and I am 100% using your texting rule the next time I have a date etc.

Pretty hard ! Been disciplining myself to walk 2 miles a day 4 to 5 days a week to lower cholesterol. So far it went down 60 points from last year

Texting is to plan a date. If you want to get to know this person, you talk to them on the phone or meet this person on a date like at a restaurant. Everyone has fantasy in their head but real life it's totally different in dating. When you're more serious in a relationship, you're not really suppose to hang out with your friends anymore especially being engaged or married.
