I'm the same with regards to being more productive when getting up early so iv been setting the alarm for 5am at least 3 times a week to go have a run before work and I have to say they are my best days x

i'm glad we could help with your skin! i love youtube as well, the best discussions and information get posted here. i learn a lot and have discussions about the topics i'm interested in. i think it's because you can write long posts if you want to or debate, and most are civil here for some reason. instagram and twitter/x seem bite sized in comparison in terms of scope and capacity. btw just want to make a suggestion: when you go out in the city to events, on dates, etc, it would be cool to see shots of the city/landscape/architecture wherever you are. anyway, have a lovely week! - a girl that misses the UK :)

Hey Emily, correct me if I'm wrong but you seem to eat a dangerously low amount of food / calories? If I remember rightly, you don't eat breakfast. your lunch would have been around 300 calories max... This is incredibly concerning!
