I really feel you with the skin, especially acne! I’m 23 turning 24 and I still get acne (feel like I’m going through puberty again) and I’ve tried SO many skincare routines and acne products that I’m at a lost on what to do next… but it’s definitely on my priority list to get sorted this year! ⭐️

I totally understand not wanting to tell anyone. I had a hard relationship with food for all my teens and twenties. Am in my forties now and recovered and still never want to tell people. But we shouldn't have to be perfect to validate ourselves to people if they love us how we come then they r true friends right? I also had bad acne! Dermatologica was amazing it takes a month and now my skin shines ! Totally recommend. And remember it's definitely whas inside tht counts not how you look!

It's summertime and in Queensland we don't do daylight savings. Sunset is around 7:30pm atm. Winter is usually approx 6:30am to 5pm daylight hours.
