So I was an avid runner and consistently worked out for years. After an injury, depression and COVID, I lacked the motivation to be consistent with not only exercise but health and diet as well. I just started a couch to 10k program because your progress vlogs have motivated me. So I just wanted to say thank you!!!

I buy unscented Lume deodorant at Target $14.99 but worth it .I just wish the solid stick was a tad firmer not ascreamy .overall if I'm hot I don't sweat and feel gross especially since menopause and the fact I'm hot 24/ 7

Try Lume deodorant. I sweat easily and they work pretty well. I don't work for them or anything.
